Shared Services

What services can be made shared?
Infact, they need to be layered as well as shared.

User Profiles: Support Common informaiton about the services.
Layer 1: Id, Demographics. (Who they are)
Layer 2: Accounts. (How they work with us)
Layer 3: Roles (What they can do in our system)
Layer 4: Policy Details

Service: Gets All Routing requests for all Business systems (ESB)...
- Requests comply to standard information protocols(Enterprise wide)...
- Suported in a GRID environment...(managing traffic, load, resources)...
- Has ability to determine which information to direct where(looking at source system, data format).
- Has ability to filter "common information" and send those to common systems.
- Has ability to mark common information to the source submission as "common"
- Has ability to combine common data with other processes.

* Data marked as read-only if duplicated in systems...
* systems do not change, the layer just make consistent and reliable data flows throughout the application.
